Upon completion of this course, you will be ready to:

• Research 1st time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs.

• Shop for a loan and receive pre-approval.

• Select and purchase your new home.

Pre-registration is required. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost is $35.00 per household and includes lunch and all class materials.
