Your money can be used to purchase a new home. If you qualify, you could use your saving to help you:

·        Help pay your down payment                  

·        Help pay your closing costs, including:

o       Title fees

o       Credit reports

o       Appraisal Fees

o       Home Inspection

o       Mortgage Insurance 

·        Help pay your Pre-Paid Fees:

o       Earnest Money

o       Hazard Insurance

o       Property Taxes

You can also use your Dream $avers earnings to continue your education. The rules are simple: If you are enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning or postsecondary vocational school you can use your funds to:

·        Help pay Tuition and Fees

·        Pay for Books, Supplies, Equipment and fees required for courses.

To qualify for Dream $avers, you must meet:
            ·      Income guidelines (80% of Median Income or Lower)

            ·      Attend Financial Fitness Classes offered by KLRHC (held at KCC)
